The “Extended Look Is Three Episodes” Netflix Screenshot Was Faked
A screenshot presented as Netflix’s Portuguese listing showed three episodes of An Extended Look running 23:37, 24:41 and 18:29 — about 67 minutes in total. It was reproduced with browser developer tools. The tell: in the image the Episodes section sits below “More Details”, where Netflix’s real layout puts it above. Insider Gaming has appended a DEBUNKED label to its own article.
This is the second runtime claim about An Extended Look to fall apart, and it is worth reading alongside the 30-minute figure, which is also not official.
A user going by NurfPT flagged the image as looking fake, and the layout gives it away: Netflix places the Episodes section above “More Details”, not below it as the screenshot shows. The same image was reproduced using browser developer tools.
What Rockstar has actually said about the premiere: the date and the platforms. That is the entire list. No episode count, no segment structure, no total running time.
Every runtime figure attached to 27 August so far traces back to a fan screenshot or a support-chat transcript — never to Rockstar. If you arrive at the premiere expecting “about 67 minutes”, you got that from a page that never existed.
