Terms of Use
Using this site means accepting what is below. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if a clause is unclear, ask and it will be explained or reworded.
Last updated: — the account page and cloud save were removed.
1. Who runs this
An independent fan site operated by an individual based in the United States. Not a company. Contact: franko1117@gmail.com
2. Not affiliated with Rockstar Games
This site is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. “Grand Theft Auto”, “GTA”, “Vice City”, “Rockstar Games” and all related names, logos and artwork are trademarks and copyright of their respective owners.
Game screenshots, key art and trailer stills appear here for news reporting, commentary, criticism and identification — fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107 and the equivalent exceptions in other countries. No ownership is claimed over any of it.
To any rights holder: if something here should not be, email franko1117@gmail.com and it will be removed promptly. You will not need a lawyer, and no argument will be made about it.
3. Accuracy, and how claims are labelled
Everything here is compiled from public sources and is provided as-is with no warranty. GTA VI is unreleased; details change, and some of what is written here will turn out to be wrong.
News is labelled Confirmed (Rockstar or its store said it), Reported (a credible outlet said it), or Unverified (it is circulating and may be nothing). Never treat anything here as an official announcement. Rockstar’s Newswire is the only source that speaks for Rockstar.
Found an error? Email it in and it gets fixed, with the correction noted.
4. What you may do
Read it, use it, quote it, link to it, and share it. Quoting a page with a link back is welcome and needs no permission.
5. What you may not do
- Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, or bypass any technical limit.
- Republish substantial parts wholesale as your own work.
- Upload, link to, or ask for leaked footage, leaked builds or leaked files — on the site or in the Discord. This is the one rule with no warning attached.
- Use the site to break the law, harass anyone, or distribute malware.
- Impersonate the site, its operator, or Rockstar Games.
- Attempt to access accounts, saves or systems that are not yours.
6. Cloud saves (discontinued)
The optional cloud save and the account page were removed on September 22, 2026. No cloud saves had been made, so no data was held or lost. Game progress is kept only in your own browser.
7. Email
There is no newsletter. The site stopped collecting email addresses on September 17, 2026 and no longer sends email of any kind. Announcements go on the site and in the Discord.
8. The Discord server and the hub’s Discord apps
The Discord is covered by its own rules, which are pinned there, plus Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines. Moderation decisions are made by the admins there. Removal from Discord does not affect your use of this site, and the reverse is also true.
The hub runs five Discord applications — the server app GTA VI Vice City Hub and four radio bots, Hub Radio 92.0, Hub Radio Nightride, Hub Radio Vice City and Hub Radio Los Santos — listed with their IDs on the Discord apps page. These terms apply to them:
- They are provided for this server only, as is, and may be changed, paused or removed at any time without notice. Section 12 applies to them in full.
- They must be used in line with Discord’s Terms, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy. Do not try to make a bot do something it was not built for, spam its commands, or use it to harass anyone.
- Using
/tagor the tag button posts the gamertag you typed publicly in the server’s tag wall and grants you a platform role. Post only a tag you are entitled to use. - Station controls on the radio panel are for the admins. Members listen; they do not change the dial.
- The radio bots relay the audio streams Nightride FM publishes. We do not rebroadcast GTA soundtracks (the Vice City and Los Santos rooms were switched off on October 5, 2026). The music belongs to its rights holders. A rights holder who wants a station removed can write to the address in section 1 and it will be taken down promptly.
- What the apps process, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Content you submit
Anything you submit — a gamertag, a correction, a message — you confirm you have the right to submit. You keep ownership of it, and grant permission to display it for the purpose you submitted it for (a gamertag on the tag wall, for example). Ask and it will be removed.
10. Support and links out
Nothing on this site is behind a paywall, and no feature is ever locked behind a payment. Ko-fi is entirely optional and is handled on Ko-fi’s site — no payment details ever reach this one.
External links are provided for reference. This site does not control them and is not responsible for their content.
11. Availability
This is a hobby project. It may go offline, change, or stop entirely, without notice and without liability.
12. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost saves or lost profits arising from use of this site.
This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any right you hold under the mandatory consumer protection law of your own country, is untouched by this section. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, your statutory rights remain in full.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in the State of New York are the agreed venue for any dispute.
This does not deprive you of the protection of your home country’s mandatory law. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction that guarantees you a local forum, you keep the right to bring proceedings where you live, and the mandatory consumer rules of your country still apply regardless of anything above.
Nothing in this section waives any right you hold under New York General Business Law § 349 or any other consumer protection statute that cannot be waived by agreement.
14. Reporting content — DMCA and EU DSA
Copyright (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512): send a notice to franko1117@gmail.com identifying the work, the URL, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your signature. Counter-notices are accepted at the same address.
EU Digital Services Act: the address above is the single point of contact under Art. 11 and the notice mechanism under Art. 16. Reports are reviewed by a person, you are told the outcome and the reason, and there are no automated content decisions to appeal.
15. Changes
Changes are dated at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
