GTA 6 Properties
Rockstar has named two garages (one a pre-order bonus, one Ultimate Edition) and five Ultimate Edition businesses. Jason’s home in the Keys is described by Rockstar but not named; the Trailer 2 motel has no Rockstar name and is labelled Unverified.

The obvious question
Can you buy property in GTA 6?
Rockstar hasn't said. Every mainline GTA since Vice City has let you buy something, and GTA V had both story-mode businesses and a full online property market — so it would be a surprise if GTA 6 shipped without it. But "surprising if absent" is not a confirmation, and the "GTA 6 real estate system" stories going around are rumour, not announcement.
What we'll do at launch: map every purchasable property with its price, income and location, and cross-link it to the map and the money guide.

The places people live and work
Property in GTA has always been more than a save point. These are the interiors and buildings visible in the official videos — each with the timestamp so you can check it.
The pink house
Extended Look, 07:15
A full domestic interior — tiled kitchen, photographs and notes stuck to the fridge, a bedroom off it. The character switch label appears here, so this is somebody's home.
The stilt house
Trailer 2, 00:06
Weatherboard, up on posts, satellite dish on the side, classic car in the drive. Built for flooding, which tells you where in the state you are.
Motel rooms
Trailer 1, 01:12
A lamp, a framed print, a bedside table with cash on it. The cheap end, shot warmly.
The expensive end
Extended Look, 24:15
A modern apartment lit by a single teal source, shot completely differently from everywhere else in the video.
Corporate floors
Extended Look, 22:30
A high floor at night with floor-to-ceiling glass and a scale model of a tower development on the table.
An art-deco lobby
Extended Look, 25:57
Patterned terrazzo, hanging globe lamps, a bar along one side and a crowd moving through it. A hotel interior with more going on in it than a save point needs.
Hotel interiors
Extended Look, 25:55
An art-deco lobby with a patterned floor, hanging lamps and people moving through it.
Working elevators
Extended Look, 09:45
A lit call panel with multiple floors. Studios do not model working elevators unless there is more than one floor worth reaching.
The airport terminal
Extended Look, 19:15
A glass-walled private-aviation lounge with aircraft and a control tower outside, people waiting with luggage. The road signs elsewhere point to VCI Airport — this is what is at the end of that sign.
A shrine room
Extended Look, 05:45
A room lit almost entirely by candles, with statues and offerings on shelves. A whole location type nobody has talked about, and nothing like the rest of the interiors.
Rentable storage
Extended Look, 10:15
A painted board offering lockers from a dollar on a beachfront wall. Useful in a game about carrying things you should not have.
