That stunt is the point: it proves a live, playable build, not stolen video.
What the flyover shows, per Kotaku's frame-watchers: the stretch between the Keys and Vice City at altitude, with no visible terrain tiling — scale the trailers have only implied. The radio dial lists stations including Stockyard FM, Emotion and Symphony FM (names to treat as build-era, not final). Kotaku notes placeholder-looking UI and rough cloud textures — consistent with everything else in this saga tracing to an older build.
The wall of bullet holes spelling LEEK is doing the real work: engine-rendered destruction on demand is something only a playable build can produce. Whoever this is isn’t forwarding videos — they’re holding a controller.
