Rockstar Opens the “Grand Theft Auto VI Collection”: Tees, Hats, a Zippo, a Money Clip and a Keychain
A second, cheaper wave of official merch is on the Rockstar Store, with Macca the Gator tees and a promise of “much more to be added.”
Confirmed — Rockstar announced it on the Newswire on October 8, in “Grand Theft Auto VI Collection Now at the Rockstar Store,” and the items are listed on the store.
What is in it, in Rockstar’s words: “new heavyweight cotton tees in black, blue, and pink, with designs featuring either the VI logo or the classic Rockstar Games logo”; Goodtime State and Macca the Gator tees; stretch-fitted Flexfit caps with “palm trees nested inside the VI logo”; a chrome keychain; a two-sided Vice City money clip; a “refillable, polished chrome” Vice City Zippo lighter; canvas tote bags; and two sets of vinyl stickers.
A small piece of world detail: Rockstar describes the Macca the Gator tees as “featuring characters from Leonida’s hit TV show Macca the Gator,” and says the Goodtime State gear is “inspired by the styles seen on Jason and Lucia in the Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition.”
Prices: RockstarINTEL lists the UK store at £13.99 for the keychain, £22.99 for the money clip, £25.99 for tees and caps, £35.99 for the Zippo and £36.99 for the totes. We have not checked other regions.
The limit of this story: this is merchandise, separate from the $399.99 Vice City Collection box announced on September 24, and none of it includes the game. Rockstar says to “look for much more to be added to the collection” but names nothing further.
