Travis Scott, Future, Morgan Wallen, Keith Richards and More Posted GTA VI Artwork on the Same Day — Rockstar Has Said Nothing
On September 15 at least ten artists across rap, country, rock, reggaeton and electronic posted GTA VI-styled images tagging Rockstar, several sharing the same image. Travis Scott wrote “PHASE 1” and “J… O. H…” — read by everyone as Jack of Hearts, the Vice City club in the Extended Look. What any of it means has not been announced.
Reported — the posts are real and public, on the artists’ own accounts. What they mean is not: Rockstar has not posted, reposted or commented, and no artist has said what their involvement is.
Who posted what, all on September 15, all on Instagram: Travis Scott — a woman’s feet in purple heels around a pole, styled like a GTA loading screen, captioned “Phase 1 / NOW ITS TIME / MY RETURN TO GAME GOTTA COME WITH RAGE AND ALOT OF DANCING LETS RIDE / J… O. H….. / to be continued / See yall soon”, tagging Rockstar Games. Future, Metro Boomin and Yung Lean — the same image: the rear of a purple Coquette on a Leonida plate. Morgan Wallen — a pool ladder at sunset. Fred again.., PinkPantheress and CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso — a yacht. Keith Richards — an iguana. Rauw Alejandro — more of the same campaign art. Hendrix Smoke tagged Don Toliver, Kodak Black, ATL Jacob and RushDee in a story. The posts landed within hours of each other and the repeated images are why every outlet is calling it a coordinated campaign rather than a coincidence.
The Jack of Hearts reading. “J… O. H…” plus a pole plus heels is not subtle. Jack of Hearts is the club that appears fully branded in the Extended Look — name, JxH monogram, social handles and house rules on its own door — and it is already in this site’s companies list as Confirmed. Insider Gaming’s guess is a performance there, possibly tied to Dre’Quan Priest’s Only Raw Records storyline. That is a guess.
What we do not know: whether this is soundtrack placement, radio stations, in-game appearances, or something else; whether the shared images mean the artists are grouped (a station each is the popular theory); or what “Phase 1” is the first phase of. GTA soundtracks are licensed and Rockstar has historically announced music on the Newswire in its own time. When it does, this story gets relabelled. Until then: real posts, unannounced meaning.
Update, September 16: the same artwork went up on billboards in Los Angeles, New York and Miami, stamped with the Spotify logo — see our story. Still no statement from Rockstar or Spotify about what any of it means.
Updated September 17, 2026: Rockstar has now announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album with Atlantic Records, and singles by several of these artists are out. That is the campaign these posts and billboards were building to.
Update, October 8, 2026: Rockstar has since named six in-game radio stations — Cocoteo FM, Back Country Radio, AfroBank FM, The Chamber 106.6, Flash FM and Dirty South Classics — but still no station tracklists. See the stations story.
