GTA VI on PC Sooner Than Usual? It’s One Editor’s Hunch, Not a Plan

VGC’s Andy Robinson said on the outlet’s podcast that he expects the PC version could come sooner than Rockstar’s track record suggests, with console prices climbing. No PC version has been announced, let alone dated.

Unverified. Robinson is a named and credible journalist, but he presented this as industry chatter and his own expectation — not as something Rockstar has told anyone, and with no source he could name.

The track record he is measuring against: GTA V reached PC about 19 months after it launched on consoles (September 2013 to April 2015), and Red Dead Redemption 2 just over a year after (October 2018 to November 2019). His reasoning is that expensive consoles give Rockstar a reason to shorten the wait.

What stands: Rockstar has confirmed PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S for November 19 and nothing else. Any PC date you see quoted is a guess. We track the PC question on the release date page.
