Take-Two Goes to Court: Subpoenas for Microsoft and Discord Records in the Leaker Hunt
The hunt for CyberLeek is now a federal court matter. Take-Two has asked the Southern District of New York to compel Microsoft (account data, OneDrive contents, Xbox-linked accounts, device identifiers) and Discord (identifying records for CYBERLEEK and associated accounts) to hand over records by September 4.

The net is wide enough to catch bystanders: one server named in the filing belongs to the editors of GTA speedrunner DarkViperAU, who responded flatly that “I don’t know anything” and that it isn’t even his server.
