Actor Rob Brinkmann Says He Is Not the Voice of Jason
Fans linked his voice to Jason. In an Instagram video he said: “You got it wrong, folks.” Rockstar still has not named its leads.
Reported — Dexerto quoted an Instagram video, published on October 28, in which actor Rob Brinkmann rules himself out. We read Dexerto’s transcript; we have not watched the video ourselves.
As quoted, he said: “A little faction of you on that big beautiful internet think that I, Rob Brinkmann, am the voice of Jason Duval in Grand Theft Auto 6. And I gotta tell you, you got it wrong, folks. I’m so sorry, I’m not your guy.” He thanked fans for the compliments and sent “big cheers to the guy that does the character.”
Fans had compared a clip of him speaking with Jason’s lines in the trailers.
The limit of this story: it only rules one name out. Rockstar has not named the actors who play Jason or Lucia, and we do not repeat fan guesses about who does.
