GTA V Leaves PS Plus Extra on November 17, Two Days Before GTA VI
PS5 owners are getting a system notice of the date. If you play it through the subscription, you have about five weeks left.
Reported — Push Square reports that PS5 owners are getting a system notification that Grand Theft Auto V leaves the PlayStation Plus Extra catalogue on November 17, 2026. We have not seen a PlayStation Blog post about it.
What it means: anyone playing GTA V through the subscription loses access two days before GTA VI launches on November 19. Copies bought outright are not affected.
The limit of this story: the date comes from the on-console notice, as reported by Push Square and shown in a user’s post. Sony has not explained the timing, and nothing here says anything about GTA VI itself.
