GTA 6 Story Missions
The plot, the structure and the one mission Rockstar has actually named. Full walkthroughs land the day the game unlocks.
The setup
The plot
Rockstar's own synopsis: Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them. When an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America — in the middle of a criminal conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida, forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive.
Confirmed list
Every named mission
There is exactly one. Any longer list you find is fabricated.
1. Prologue
The only mission title Rockstar has published. Nothing about its contents has been detailed.
2 — ??
Unrevealed. We'll fill this list in mission by mission as we play from November 19.
Around 80–100 missions
GTA V shipped 69 story missions plus strangers and freaks. GTA 6's count is unannounced — treat any specific number as a guess.
How it plays
Mission structure
Two protagonists
Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. Lucia is the first female lead protagonist of the 3D-era series. Their relationship is romantic and Rockstar has leaned on a Bonnie & Clyde framing.
Character switching
Rockstar continues the multiple- protagonist formula from GTA V. The Extended Look shows switching between Jason and Lucia; Rockstar staff told Dazed you can swap mid-mission. Which missions restrict it has not been said.
Heists
Trailer 2 shows robbery setups and getaways. Whether GTA V's crew-hiring and approach-picking system returns has not been stated.
Dynamic events
Rockstar has talked about a more reactive world. What that means mechanically is not yet documented.
Mission replay
Every recent GTA and Red Dead has let you replay finished missions. Expected, not confirmed.
Objectives / medals
GTA V had optional mission objectives and RDR2 had gold medals. If GTA 6 keeps a rating system, our guides will list every objective per mission.

Found in official footage
The jobs we can actually see
Rockstar has named no missions, so anyone publishing a mission list is inventing it. What we can show you is the work itself — the sequences visible in the official videos, with timestamps.
The convenience store
Extended Look, 11:45
A stick-up with the wanted level already climbing, an ATM behind the counter and a camera warning on the wall. The clearest HUD frame in the whole video.
Two prompts, two buttons, one conversation
Extended Look, 00:59
During the motel corridor scene a stacked pair of options appears: RAYMOND? on Square and SAN4SAN on L2, split by a divider. Two different face buttons offering two different named choices — that is a selection, not a subtitle. Mainline GTA has never put a branching prompt like this in front of the player mid-scene.
Hostages in a high-rise
Extended Look, 24:30
People face-down on the floor of a night office while armed figures move between the desks. A corporate heist, not a street job.
Working the floor
Extended Look, 25:00
Moving between glass partitions with the ammo counter running, city lights out the window. The sequence goes on for over a minute of footage.
Both of them, at once
Extended Look, 25:15
The screen splits and shows both characters armed in separate rooms during the same job. Whether that is a mechanic or a presentation device is the biggest open question in the footage.
The packaging room
Extended Look, 03:45
A trestle table, scales, rubber gloves and face masks under strip lighting. Shot flat, with no music cue telling you how to feel about it.
Driving somebody somewhere
Extended Look, 13:35
A passenger in the back seat while Lucia drives. Not a chase and not a cutscene — the shape of an escort or transport job, which GTA has always used to move a story along between the loud parts.
The night strip
Extended Look, 19:30
A light aircraft on unlit ground with the door open and someone loading rather than boarding.
Masked and armed
Trailer 2, 01:18
A skull-patterned covering and a long gun in a red-lit room.
The white-collar layer
Extended Look, 22:30
A scale model of a tower development on a desk between two men in expensive shirts. Not every crime in this game is a robbery.
