GTA 6 Cheats
Every platform on one page: how cheat codes are entered, the verified list the day it exists, and why nobody has real codes yet.
No working GTA 6 cheat codes exist yet. The game launches November 19, 2026. Codes are only confirmed once players have the retail game, so every "working GTA 6 cheats" list published today is invented. This page updates the moment real codes are verified, and the Discord hears first.
Trophies and achievements: in every past GTA, entering a cheat switched them off for that play session. Save before you use one.

PlayStation 5
The verified list
Verified GTA VI cheats: 0. The game is not out yet.
How to enter them
Controller button combinations. Every GTA since the PS2 era has used D-pad and face-button sequences entered quickly while walking or driving. GTA V's PS4 codes read like Circle, L1, Triangle, R2, X… There is no on-screen prompt: enter it and the effect just happens.
The in-game phone. GTA V added dialled cheat codes on the phone, which the game then keeps in a recent-calls list so you can use them again without re-entering. Expect both systems.
DualSense
Nothing about the controller changes how codes are entered. The same combos work.
Trophies
In every past GTA, activating a cheat disabled trophies for that session until a reload.
Timed effects
GTA V's invincibility lasted five minutes and had to be re-entered.
Xbox Series X|S
The verified list
Verified GTA VI cheats: 0. The game is not out yet.
How to enter them
Controller button combinations. The same sequences as PlayStation, mapped to the Xbox pad. GTA V's Xbox codes read like B, LB, Y, RT, A… Enter the sequence quickly; there is no menu and no confirmation beyond the effect itself.
The in-game phone. Dialled codes were added in GTA V and kept in the recent-calls list for re-use. Expect the same on Series X|S.
Series X vs S
No difference. Cheats do not depend on performance.
Achievements
Historically disabled for the session once a cheat is active.
Quick Resume
In past games, suspending and resuming did not keep a timed cheat running.
PC
The verified list
Verified GTA VI cheats: 0. The game is not out yet.
How to enter them
Typed cheat phrases. PC has always had the widest set: words typed during play, like GTA V's PAINKILLER, SKYFALL or HOPTOIT. PC releases usually carry every console code plus extras.
The in-game phone. The dialled-number system from GTA V works on PC too, and a connected controller can still use the button combos.
No PC date
Rockstar has not announced or dated a GTA 6 PC version. Consoles come first, as with every recent Rockstar release.
Mods are not cheats
Trainers and mods are a separate thing, are not covered here, and get accounts banned in online modes.
Achievements
Steam and Epic achievements have historically been disabled while a cheat is active.
