County · named on an official road sign

Vice-Dale

“Vice-Dale” is on an official road sign (“404 East / Vice-Dale”, Extended Look 11:40), so the NAME is sourced. Trailer 2 settles what it labels: an overhead sign at 2:28 reads “404 EAST — Mariana County / Vice-Dale County”, so Vice-Dale is a county. Where its borders run is not shown. The sheriff’s badge in Trailer 1 reads “Vice County”, a different name again. Updated September 23, 2026: this entry used to say Rockstar had never named a county.
